On the early morning hours of May 2, 2024, Yolanda Isabel Wilkosky, age 89, passed
away at her home where she resided with her daughter, Urshula Smith and
son-in-law Christopher Smith.
Yolanda was born in Barranquilla, Colombia to Concepcion de Castro & Ernesto
Munoz. She was the eldest of 5 children.
She loved cooking, dancing and helping others. A slight gypsy at heart, always
traveling and wanting to be on the go. She was strong, consistently
appreciating the beauty in everything around her.
Yolandas family was her world. She loved spending time with her children,
grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
She taught them strength and grace through her love for them.
She was very proud of her family and the beautiful life she had created. Her
friends and family will always hold dear, the stories and memories, of the
funny, loving Mami Yoli.
