Wheelus, Winifred Jean, 69 of Dade City, passed away Thursday, August 23, 2012 in Dade City. She was born May 1, 1943 in Cleveland, OH to Void & Estie McConnell Nix and was a retired Insurance Agent. She is survived by her son: Tim Wheelus (Heather Hawkins), 2 grandchildren: Alexandria Wheelus (Jeffrey McGrath), Timothy Wheelus Jr; 3 step grandchildren: Marissa Hawkins, Erykah Hawkins, Nathaniel Hawkins; and 1 brother: Void Nix Jr. She was preceded in death by her husband: Henry Wheelus; 1 son: Stephen L. Wheelus. Funeral services will be held 4pm Saturday, September 1, 2012 at the 5th Street Chapel of Hodges Family Funeral Home in Dade City. The family will receive friends two hours prior to service time.
