Wilman "Willie" Gene Olson, 74, of Dade City, Florida, passed away on Sunday, March 10th, 2024. He was born on Monday, June 20th, 1949, in Ludington, Michigan, to parents, Alvin and Margaret Olson. Willie was a dedicated truck driver and served in the Air Force. He was a proud fan of the Green Bay Packers and even had part ownership of the team. He was a chef by trade and enjoyed grilling and cooking for his church's Wednesday night suppers. Willie also enjoyed serving the Lord Jesus and spent time as a coach driver for the Scottville Clown Band. Willie is survived by his children Melvin Olson, Kurt (Jen) Olson, Justin (Laura) Olson, and his grandchild Kylie Olson. He is also survived by his siblings, Marie Chase and Shirley Gilman. He is preceded in death by his spouses, Deborah Olson, Jean Olson, and Ellen Olson, as well as his sibling, Melvin Olson. A service will be held at Sarasota National Cemetery in the future. Willie will be dearly missed by all who knew him. May he rest in peace.
