Lombardo, William D., 86, of Dade City, FL, passed away on August 4, 2014, at Hernando-Pasco Hospice in Dade City. William was born April 10, 1928, Stamford, CT, to Dominick Lombardo and Carmella (DeFini) Lombardo. Mr. Lombardo served in the US Navy during World War II. His profession was a Tool and Die Maker for Reflectone for over 40 years. He loved to play golf and listen to music. William married Roseann (Stachelczyk) Lombardo on April 28, 1979, and she survives. Other survivors include five children Billy Lombardo, Bobby Lombardo, Madeline Verrico, Michael Lombardo, and Natalie Lombardo-Price; one daughter in law Marianna Lombardo; two son in laws Chris Price and Ernie Verrico; four grandchildren Nadia Lombardo, E.J. Verrico, Sebastian Price, and Adriana Price; and several nieces , nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by one brother Ralph Lombardo and his wife Theresa. Funeral services for Mr. Lombardo will be held at 11am on Friday, August 8, 2014, at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, in San Antonio, FL, with burial to follow at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, FL.
