William Andrew Hahn of San Antonio, Florida, formerly of Batesville, Indiana, passed away February 27, 2016. He was born October 22, 1936 to Andrew and Catherine (Hittle) Hahn. Bill was married on June 27, 1964 to Carolyn (Cook) Hahn who survives. Other survivors include daughter Ann (Les) Ault of Blaine, Tennessee; son William (Tanya) Hahn of Zionsville, Indiana; granddaughters Elizabeth (Ellie) and Lilly Hahn; sisters Joan (George) Francisco of Rancho Palos Verdes, California and Rita Brockman of Oldenburg. Indiana. He was preceded in death by his parents, Catherine and Andrew Hahn; his sister Carol, and brother-in-law Larry Brockman.An avid trapshooter, Bill was a former Indiana State Class D Singles Champion. He was a member of the Amateur Trapshooting Association, the American Legion, Eagles, and Elks. Bill proudly served in the United States Marine Corps and was a member of the Marine Corps League.In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society or the American Heart Association.A memorial and interment will be held at the Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, Florida.
