William "Clay" Gossett Jr., 84, of Dade City, FL passed away Friday, July 19, 2024, in Dade City. He was born August 27, 1939, in Rome, Georgia to Willie C. & Annie Mae Gossett. He was a traveler at heart but has called Florida his home for the last 30 years. He was a man of many talents working in various industries from sales and bookkeeping to teaching music and dancing. Although he enjoyed dancing and music, he was passionate traveling and playing poker. Friends would describe Clay as witty, charming, and kind hearted; a man who loved being around people and animals, especially his dog Buddy.

Clay is survived by his nieces and nephews and many close friends.

He was dearly loved and will be missed.
