Wiley Grant Foster 72, of Webster, FL passed away Wednesday, May 11, 2016. He was born December 8, 1943 in Haywood County, NC to Charles Kenneth & Gladys Ellis Flowers Shipman. Wiley was a retired Firefighter and then worked for the Sumter County School Board as a Bus Mechanic. He is survived by his wife of 51 years: Suzanne Foster; 6 children: Donnie Foster, Tommy Foster, Michelle Cimino, Catherine Halby, Jason Foster, David Foster; half brother: Herschel Shipman; half sister: Glenda Wilson; 14 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. Memorial services will be held 1pm Saturday, May 21, 2016 at the Croom-A-Coochee Baptist Church in Webster.
