Wade Cameron Gordon, 86, of Zephyrhills, Florida and formerly of Uxbridge, Massachusetts went to be with the Lord on April 19, 2024. He was the son of the late John Calvin, Sr. and Lona Carle (Readron) Gordon, born on October 24, 1937 in Canaan, Maine. He leaves to cherish his memory; wife Gloria (Fallone) Gordon with whom he was married for 44 years. Wade married Gloria on December 28,1979. They had two sons; Richie Paul Gordon who passed away on October 14, 2004, and James Carl Gordon. Wade graduated from Sutton High School in Sutton, MA, and went onto Worchester Junior College, where he graduated with an Associates in Accounting in 1958. He held professional licenses for his CDL and Private Pilots License. Wade served in the military as a 2nd Lieutenant in the National Guard Mass Military Academy from 1955-1964. He worked for Mass Brothers Electric from 1962-1968, as a private contractor from 1968-1972, going onto work as an owner/operator, traveling the county from 1972 until he retired in 1998. It was shortly after that Wade and Gloria decided to move to warmer weather and made their home in Zephyrhills, Florida where they currently reside. He attended New River Church in Wesley Chapel, Florida. During Wades time off he enjoyed water skiing, scuba diving, hot-rodding, motorcycle racing, and flying his plane. He also enjoyed restoring numerous older model cars in his garage. In addition to his wife and son, Wade is survived by daughter in law Michelle and children; Angelica, Damien, and Maison, his brother Theron Cyril Gordon, in laws; Kathy Gordon, Barbara Willette, Richard and Sheila Landry, Michael and Toni Jacques, Brian and Beverly Duclos, and Ty and Joann Fallone, along with numerous nieces and nephews. Along with his parents and son, Wade is preceded in death by brother John Calvin Gordon, Jr., and sister Ann Ellen Gordon. A Celebration of Life service will be held at New River Church on Saturday, May 18, 2024 at 11am, 4210 Ernest Drive, Wesley Chapel, Florida 33543, where guests will be invited to attend a small gathering after the Celebration of Life. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Judes Children Hospital.
