Sparkman, Vivian H., 89 of Dade City, a loving sister and special friend, died Saturday, September 7, 2013. She lived her entire life in this area. She was a fixture at the City Hall in Dade City for many, many years. She was an accomplished artist and painter and shared her talents with many friends and relatives. She is survived by her sister: Maggie McNally, her Sparkman family and many nieces and nephews whom she loved dearly and her beloved cat, Pepper. Funeral services will be held 11am Thursday, September 12, 2013 at the 301 Chapel of Hodges Family Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Chapel Hill Gardens. The family will receive friends for viewing from 5-7pm Wednesday evening at the funeral home.
