Vivian (Franklin) Hiott , 86 , of Zephyrhills passed away Wednesday, January 12th, 2022. She was born December 19, 1935 to George Franklin and Sally Franklin. Vivian married her sweet heart: Homer Leon Hiott on August 22, 1952 and enjoyed 50 plus years together. They grew the family by six children. They moved from Walterboro, SC, Arcadia, FL, Kathleen, FL and Reno, NV. Vivian was a caring, loving, god fearing woman. Vivian is survived by her children: Ricky Leon Hiott (Cynthia Ann Hiott), James Thomas Hiott, Wendell Dwayne Hiott, Timothy Ray Hiott, Bernadine Matheny (James Matheny); Twelve grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; brother: Freddie Lamar Franklin, David Franklin. As well as, loving friends and family. She is preceded in death by her husband: Homer Leon Hiott; Child: Linda Yvonne Hiott, grandchildren: Henry Homer Hiott, Robbie Lee Hiott, brother: Alton George Franklin. A service will be held Friday, January 21st, 2022 at 11:00 am at Hodges Family Funeral Home in Dade City, FL. A visitation will take place prior on January 20th, 2022 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Internment will take place at Chapel Hill Gardens after the service on Friday, January 21st, 2022.
