Vito E Casalenovo, 87, of Abingdon, VA passed away on July 4, 2014. Vito was a World War II veteran of the U.S. Army, and worked for the U.S. Postal Service. He is survived by brother Dr Dominick (Hazel) Caselnova of Lakeland, FL; sisters Rose (Marty) Mulligan of Abingdon, VA, Mary Freeman of The Villages, FL, and Helen Casalenova of Brooklyn, NY; as well as several nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by parents Dominick Sr and Jenny Caselnova, and brother Richard Caselnova.A visitation will be held at St Rita's catholic church in Dade City on Friday July 11th from 10:00am-11:00am, with a funeral mass at 11:00am. Vito will be laid to rest in Florida National Cemetery, in Bushnell.
