Vickie was born March 27, 1956 in West Virginia to Clara & Charles Bell. She was dedicated to her job at the 2 Minutes Restaurant in Zephyrhills where she loved her customers and excelled at putting a smile on each and every one of their faces. She enjoyed many hobbies including fishing, traveling, playing video games and working in the yard. She had a soft spot in her heart for animals and a love for music, especially, Prince, Michael Jackson, Weird Al Yankovic and county music.

Vickie is survived by 3 children: Billy Walker, Tonyia Walker, Austin Kelly; 1 sister Marsha, 7 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. She had a great smile and a laugh that would light up a room and will be greatly missed.

Graveside services will be held 1pm Saturday, November 2, 2019 at Dade City Cemetery.
