Veronica Eleanor Schuyler, 102, died peacefully on June 26, 2015, in Dade City. Born in Bound Brook, New Jersey, on February 24, 1913, to John and Anna Granskie, she was the seventh of ten children. Veronica was a secretary by trade, and she and her husband Frank retired to Zephyrhills in 1974. They enjoyed 55 years of marriage together before Frank passed away in 1989. Veronica moved to The Edwinola in Dade City in 2008 where she enjoyed her independence while surrounded by many great friendships. She enjoyed gardening, playing cards and bingo, and will be remembered as a great story teller. Veronica is survived by her daughter Carole Suk of Zephyrhills; her daughter Betty (Norman) Domitrowski of Manville, NJ; grandchildren Matthew Suk, Bruce Schuyler, Rachel Swisher, Darla Sarhaddi, Glenn Domitrowski, Renee VanArtsdalen, Robert Suk; a dozen great grandchildren and many loving friends. She was preceded in death by her husband Frank Schuyler, her son Raymond Schuyler and grandsons Norman Domitrowski, Jr. and Kevin Domitrowski. A memorial service will be held in her honor at The Edwinola on Sunday, July 12th, at 2:00 PM.
