Obituary

Urbano Jasso "Pastor Jasso" to some, "Dad aka Apa" to 9 children, grandpa to 36 of grandkids and greatgrandpa to 36 more little one. On March 3, 2023, our Apa finally entered the gates of heaven. He lived a beautiful life praising and sharing the word of the Lord, and he was so well loved by many. Apa was born December 19,1942 in Queretaro Mexico. He has lived and raised his family in Dade City Florida for more than 45 years. He is survived by his beautiful wife of 58 years of marriage, Maria Marcelina Jasso whom he called "Chela." He is survived by his 9 children: Urban Jr, Martha Alicia, Juan Luis, Leticia, Alma Delia, Elizabeth, Magdalena, Juan Jose, and Elena. He was also surrounded by his 36 grandkids and 36 great-grandkids. He was Pastor at Misin Pentecosts Luz de la Vida, in Dade City FL where he has been praising and worshiping the Lord for more than 30 years. Speaking and preaching the word of God was his passion. If anyone looked for Apa/Pastor Jasso, you always found him at church. Favorite bible verses and all-time blessings. Salmos 119:105- Lampara es a mis pies tu palabra. Y lumbrera a mi camino.
