Forney, Timothy "TJ", 40, of Dade City, passed away on Monday, December 28, 2020. He was born in Daytona, Florida on January 30, 1980 to Tina Marie Nelson and John Wesley Forney. TJ is survived by mother, Tina Marie Nelson; father, Ronald Keith Nelson; 3 daughters, Gabrielle Crawford, Shyla Forney, and Alyssa Larramore; 6 siblings, Tony Ferguson, Adam Nelson, Seth Johnson, Hope Harrison, Matthew Forney, and Olivia Forney; 4 grandchildren, Janese Odum, Avianna Crawford, Zariah Crawford, and Amara Scott. He is also survived by 5 nieces and nephews, Sunnie Nelson, Paisley Ferguson, Pierce Ferguson, Henry Forney, and Bethany Kemp. Family will receive friends on Wednesday, January 6 from 11 am until service time at 12 noon at Hodges Family Funeral Home,11441 US Highway 301, Dade City, FL 33525.
