In loving memory of Tiffany Marie Heath, 29, of Dade City, FL. Born December 26th, 1991, in Lebanon, NH to Terry and Tracey Heath. Tiffany gained her wings on September 18th, 2021. She was a loving mother, daughter, sister, and friend. She loved her children, nieces, and nephews, and spending time with family. Her favorite hobbies were racing, trail riding, looking for sunflowers, and making everyone around her laugh. She is survived by her mother Tracey Vittoriano of Dade City, FL; her father Terry (Anna) Heath of Lafollette, TN; her brother Troy Heath of Dade City, FL; her sister Teresa (Jeff) Philipsen of Zephyrhills, FL; her children Tanner and Cheyenne Landon; her long time love and father of her children Chris Landon of Ridge Manor, FL; her nephews Treyvor Heath and Xander Philipsen; her niece Ashlynn Philipsen; maternal grandparents William and Cheryl Buchanan of Claremont, NH and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents Betty M. Heath and Arthur H. Heath; her maternal great-grandparents William H. Buchanan and Margaret L. Buchanan.

A celebration of life for family and close friends will be held at a later date.
