Rulison Jr, Thomas Edward, 66 of Dade City, FL passed away July 2, 2013 under the care of Hernando Pasco Hospice. He was born July 22, 1946 in Saginaw, MI to Thomas Edward Rulison Sr & Caroline Eloise White Rulison and was a retired educator and principal. He was a member of the Rotary Club of Dade City and the Kappa Delta Pi International Honor Society for Educators. He is survived by his wife: Kim Rulison; 5 children: Tommy, Jamie, Kerri, Michael and Nicole; 2 brothers: Steve and Mark; 1 sister: Barb; 4 grandchildren: Bryce, Parker, Kimber and Hanah. A Celebration of his Life will take place on Monday, July 8, 2013 at 3pm at the Pasco Middle School Auditorium. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the ABC Programs at either Bayonet Point Middle School or Centennial Middle School or to Hernando Pasco Hospice.
