Thomas Ray Mikell (Tom), 70, of Dade City, Florida, passed away at his home on February 23, 2024. He was born on April 27, 1953, in Tallahassee, Florida to parents, Carl Ray Mikell and Lillian Alice Henson. He is survived by his wife Rue Mikell of Dade City, FL; stepchildren Stephanie (Anthony) Fernandez of Dade City, FL, and Matthew (Brandy) Branch of Dade City, FL; siblings Larry Mikell (Debbie); grandchildren Logan Fernandez and Lane Allen Branch; and niece Casey Leppan. He is preceded in death by his parents Carl and Lillian. There will be a small service for immediate family members. The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be sent to Gulfside Hospice.
