MATHEWS, Thomas W., age 79, of Dade City, FL passed away on September 21, 2020. He was born on August 23, 1941 in DeKalb County, GA to parents Charlie Jay Mathews & Georgia Ruth (Masters).
A visitation will be held from 5-7pm on Friday, September 25, 2020 at Hodges Family Funeral Home 301 Chapel in Dade City. A funeral service will be held at Mount Zion Primitive Baptist Church in Felda, FL at 1pm on Monday, September 28, 2020. Burial will follow next door at Felda Cemetery.
