Thomas Joseph Hennessy II, 72, of San Antonio, FL passed away Friday, November 17th, 2023. He was born January 17, 1951, in St. Petersburg, FL to Thomas and Barbara Hennessy, and was a long-time area resident. He was a member of St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, former President of the SunRise Rotary Club of Dade City, and a proud U.S.F. Alumni. He retired as a Captain from the Pasco County Sheriff's Office where he served in numerous capacities including the S.W.A.T. team, the D.U.I. Unit, and Corrections. He also taught at both Pasco Hernando Community College and Hillsborough County D.U.I. School.

Tom is survived by his wife of 39 years: Susannah H. Hennessy; 3 children: Casey Hennessy (Dillon Norwick), Betha Hennessy, Colin Hennessy, his mother: Barbara Hennessy; and many loving cousins, 3 nieces, and a nephew. He was preceded in death by his father: Thomas Joseph Hennessy; and brother: Aeneas Patrick Hennessy.

A Memorial Service will be held 10am Saturday, December 9th, 2023, at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in San Antonio, FL.
