Thomas Edward Chambers, 72, of Zephyrhills passed away June 17, 2015 in Royal Oaks Nursing Home in Dade City. He is preceded in death be his beloved wife, Carolyn Chambers of 34 years. Survivors include 3 biological children, Jessie, Kathy, and Thomas Jr; 5 step children, Donnie, Elaine, Timothy, Tammy, and Eugenia; 13 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren. He will be missed by his family. A memorial service will be held 2 PM June 27th with family and close friends at United Assembly Church, 4908 MLK JR BLVD HWY 574 E Plant City, FL.
