Theresa Diane Lee "Nana" 65, of Dade City, FL passed away Thursday, October 19th, 2023, in Zephyrhills. She was born October 31, 1957, in Dade City to Eugene Rhoden and Minnie Myrl Bazemore Rhoden and worked as a Licensed Practical Nurse for HPH Hospice for many years.

Theresa is survived by her husband: Randy Lee; 3 children: Thomas "Bo" Rhoden (Bobbie), Donnie Rizer (Dawn), Sonja Barnett; her father: Eugene Rhoden; 1 sister: Arlene Gough (Allen); 1 brother: Thomas Rhoden; 9 grandchildren: Cole, Koty, Corey, Kain, Dakota, Alex, Adriana, Michael, Mica; and 5 great grandchildren: Skylar, Kaelynn, River, Raine, and Lennon. She was preceded in death by her mother: Minnie Rhoden; and 1 sister: Betty Sue.

Funeral Services will be held at 2pm Tuesday, October 24th, 2023, at the 301 Chapel of Hodges Family Funeral Home in Dade City, with burial to follow at Floral Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends for viewing one hour prior to service time on Tuesday.
