Terry "Mike" Michael Puckett, 68, passed away on June 19, 2019. He was born to Henry and Yvonne on April 15, 1951 in Dade City, Florida. Mike is preceded in death by his brothers: Tim Staten and Dub Staten. He is survived by his sisters: Sybil (Jim), Patsy (David), and Carol (Charles); brother; David (Sharon); and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. A visitation will be held on Monday, June 24 from 1-2 pm at First Baptist Church, Dade City. A service will follow at 2 pm. Burial will be at Dade City Cemetery. Arrangements were made by Hodges Family Funeral Home.
