IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Teressa Kay
Molesky
September 14, 1966 – April 21, 2025
It is with heavy hearts and profound sadness that we announce the passing of Teressa Kay Molesky, a beloved wife, mother, sister, and friend, who left us on April 21, 2025, at the age of 58. Teressa was born on September 14, 1966, in Florida and proudly served her country as a Military Police Officer in the U.S. Army. Her commitment to her service and the sacrifices she made exemplified her strong character and love for her nation.
After her military service, Teressa continued to build a life defined by intellect, compassion, and creativity. Professionally, Teressa brought her talents to the corporate world, serving as Executive Secretary to the CEO of the Dome Corporation/Johns Hopkins, where her diligence and professionalism were deeply valued.
She attended Harford Community College for two years where she earned an Associate's Degree. She transferred to the University of Delaware where she earned her Bachelor's Degree in History with a minor in Art Conservation. Passionate about history and the arts, she was recognized for her outstanding academic work, receiving awards for research papers she presented on historical topics.
Residing in Havre de Grace, Maryland, Teressa was a beacon of light to those around her, drawing love from her family and friends. She is survived by her devoted husband, Anthony Molesky, and her cherished daughter, Amber Molesky. Teressa also leaves behind her brothers, Donny and Jimmy Geiger, her sister, Erika Cross, and many nieces and nephews, all of whom will feel her absence in profound ways. Teressa had a passion for drawing and reading, particularly drawn to the beauty of medieval art. Her adventurous spirit took her scuba diving and traveling to the mountains, where she found peace and joy in nature. At home, she shared her life with her beloved Quaker Parrot, Yo-Yo, and her dear cat, Buttons, who brought her daily happiness.
As we remember Teressa, we celebrate the love she spread and the memories she created. She has gained her wings and will be watching over her husband, Anthony, and her daughter, Amber, from above.
An initial viewing was held in her honor on Monday, April 28, 2025, from 2-3 PM, followed by funeral services at 3 PM, at Zellman Funeral Home in the City of Havre de Grace, MD.
A viewing and funeral service will be held at Hodges Family Funeral Home on Friday, May 9, 2025 from 12:30PM to 1:30PM, followed by a Military Burial at Geiger Cemetery in Zephyrhills, Florida where friends and family can gather to share stories, reflect on her life, and pay tribute to her indomitable spirit. May Teressa Kay Molesky rest in peace, forever remembered in our hearts. Teressa was preceded in death by her parents Thomas Geiger and Nell Geiger, and Donald Geiger and Catharine Geiger.
