Teresa Shelton, of Zephyrhills, Florida, born on November 28, 1959, in Connersville, Indiana, passed away peacefully on October 18, 2024, at the age of 64.

Teresa was the beloved daughter of Jennie V. (née Rachell) and Elmer Harrison. She was a sweet and loving woman, known for her gentle nature and caring heart. Teresa had a passion for butterflies, admired wolves and Native American heritage. Her favorite color was purple, a reflection of her vibrant and kind soul. In her free time, she enjoyed playing computer games, a hobby that brought her joy and relaxation.

Teresa worked as a substitute teacher, dedicating her time to helping Exceptional Student Education (ESE) children. Her compassion and dedication to these students were a testament to her selflessness and love for others.

She is survived by her devoted husband, Lonnie Shelton; her son, Anthony Fernandez (Stephanie); her daughter, Heather Hart; her stepson, Donovan Shelton (Dakota); her cherished grandson, Logan Fernandez; and her dear granddaughter, Lilly Ann Shelton.

Teresa's warmth, kindness, and love will be forever remembered by her family and friends. She will be deeply missed but will always live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.

A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 23, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at Mr. Zion Cemetery in Dade City, Florida.
