Teresa Helen Holichork, 67 of Wesley Chapel passed away on July 29th. She is survived by her loving husband and children.A visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 4th from 5:00 to 8:00 at Hodges Family Funeral Home's Zephyrhills chapel, where funeral services will be held on Wednesday, August 5th at 10:00. Interment will follow at Chapel Hill Gardens cemetery in Dade City.
