IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Teresa Gail
Anderton
November 20, 1965 – September 8, 2021
ANDERTON, Theresa Gail "Teresa" Gilliard, age (55), of Zephyrhills, Florida joined her precious, beloved mother in heaven on Wednesday, September 8, 2021. Teresa was born in Jacksonville, Florida on November 20th, 1965 to Elbert Clinton Gilliard and Eva Mae. She was a graduate of Pasco Comprehensive High School in Dade City, Florida, and studied finances, recently graduating with her Management certifications affording her an enjoyable, long career serving as a well-loved and respected manager at CenterState Bank in Bushnell Florida. As a child, Teresa enjoyed canoe trips to the Suwanee River and Okefenokee Swamp, with just us "boys". She enjoyed a variety of vacations together with her family whom she was so very close to. "Teresa" was a people person and to her, the family was comprised of the many people who found themselves drawn to her charismatic, take-charge, "Nothing is impossible" personality. She was a natural-born leader, fueled by grace and love. She took her faith seriously, not shying away from sharing her love for the Lord at any given time. Teresa had a larger-than-life approach to investing in the lives of others. Teresa found great pride and joy in building a successful business with the love of her life and partner Ricky. Teresa was the rock and foundation of our family. Teresa is survived by her devoted and faithful husband Ricky, her handsome son Tyler Mark Roenicke, beautiful daughters Sara Jean Roenicke, Angel Anderton Petters, India Rogers (Devin), her brothers Elbert Clinton Gilliard III (Tanya) Eric Carleton Gilliard (Tammy) Neal Gilliard, and sisters Nicole Hassan, Donna Bryant Braxton (Mark) Betsy Bryant Rowell (Derek) Christy Gilliard, and Kathy Gilliard, whom she loved dearly and would travel to spend time with, and 7 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren and a host of very special aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and multitudes of friends, all of whom she loved with her whole heart. A gathering will be held at 10:00 a.m. in honor of Teresa and her angelic mother Eva McCullough followed by a joint Memorial service in celebration of promotion to their heavenly home on Saturday, September 18, 2021, at 11:00 a.m. at Dade City Church of God, located at 14520 21st St, Dade City, FL 33523. Teresas life was a testament and feat of great courage, faith, unconditional love, and insurmountable strength. She lived and loved amongst the greatest network of people, all of whom she loved and adored. While she is in heaven, we will resolve to carry her light, and her example until we see her again. She will be sorely missed by all
