Sylvia Juanita Richardson was born in St. Petersburg, Florida on December 11, 1935 to the late Jack Teartt and Vera Goins Hamilton. Sylvia accepted the Lord as her Savior at a very young age and became a faithful member of New Bethel A.M.E. Church. She served as a Stewardess and was a member of the choir and she was full of love, life. happiness, laughter, and joy. Sylvia was preceded in death by her parents Jack Teartt and Vera Goins Hamilton; brother Richard Graham II; son's Darrell Teartt Sr. and Keith Teartt; granddaughter Angel Audrey Singleton. Sylvia leaves to mourn her passing and cherished memories to her son Gil Singleton Sr. (Audrey Singleton) of Ridge Manor. Daughter in-law Barbara Teartt (Late Darrell Teartt Sr.) of Lacoochee. Sister in-law Willie Mae Graham (Late Richard Graham II). Nephew Richard Graham Ill of Ridge Manor. Grandchildren Gil Jr., Cody. Gil III, Keith Earl Jr., Darrell Jr., Devon, Arkeyla Aurabia, Jaleea, Ashanti, Jayla, and Dasia. Sylvia also leaves to mourn her passing a host of great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. A funeral service will take place on Thursday, June 9, 2022 at 12:00 p.m. at Hodges Family Funeral Home in Dade City, Florida. A time of visitation will take place prior to service from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.. Interment will take after service at Chapel Hill Gardens in Dade City, Florida.
