Susan Joyce Miller passed away on May 8th, 2025, in Zephyrhills, Florida at the age of 82. She was born on November 13th, 1942, in Portsmouth, Ohio. She was preceded in death by her mother, Hazel Irene Stamper. She is survived by 5 loving children: Tammy, Terri, Eric, Grace, and Tracey, 12 grandchildren, and 5 great-grandchildren. Susan lived a life surrounded by love and laughter, sharing it with those who meant the world to her: family.

Susan expressed her love for family through home-cooked meals, lighting up gatherings with the best gravy on earth. Generous, kind, and loving are only a few words to summarize her vibrant character. Spending time on the phone with her children and grandchildren was one of Susan's favorite things, making sure to keep in touch with those who mattered most to her. Another way that Susan showed her love to those around her was with her heartfelt poetry. She was inspired by her love.

Susan's travels were not complete without family beside her. She went everywhere from Canada, the Smoky Mountains, Ohio, through Amish country, and all the way down to the Florida Keys. Her special trips were always full of good food, great laughs, and even better memories. Even though Susan enjoyed her travels, it wasn't the great views that she treasured most: it was spending time with her family.

Although Susan is no longer with us, she will be forever missed and remembered by all who loved her.
