Kell, Susan Ilene, 71 of Dade City, passed away Thursday, August 1, 2013 under the care of HPH Hospice. She was born June 21, 1942 in Philippi, WV to Joe & Lizzie Male Culberson and moved to this area 14 years ago from Tavares, FL. She is survived by her husband: Frank W. Kell; 5 children: Eloise Owens, Canton, OH, Ken Mayle, Columbus, OH, Debra Harlan, Columbus, OH, Loretta Perine, Tunnelton, WV, Frankie Gaeta, Austintown, OH. She was preceded in death by 1 son: Ronald Mayle. A memorial gathering will take place Friday, August 9, 2013 from 5:30pm to 7:30pm at the SouthFork Community Recreation Hall in Dade City to celebrate her life.
