Susan Susie Marie Martinez-Hernandez, beloved by all who knew her, decorator, planner,fashionista, and enemy to dust mites everywhere, passed away in the early morning hours ofApril 26th, 2015. Susan was born in New York City, and lived there until she eventually settled in Tampa, Florida. She worked many years for The Bank of Tampa, until she decided to pursue her goal ofopening a wedding planning business. No matter where she was, Susan had the uncanny ability to bring people together. She was fond of turning small get-togethers into major events, surrounding herself with loved ones, and celebrating with her family at every opportunity. She had an incredible smile, and a big heart. She is survived by her husband, Luis Hernandez, their son Justin, and by many family membersand friends whom she loved dearly. Services honoring Susans memory will be held at Hodges Family Funeral Home 11441 U.S. Highway 301, Dade City, 33525 on Wednesday, April 29th and Thursday April 30th. She will be laid to rest on Friday, May 1st.
