Steven Thomas Carroll, 46, of Dade City, FL fought Covid for twenty days at the hospital in his attempt to come home to his family. He lost his battle on August 21, 2021. Steven was born September 21, 1974 in Norwich, NY. He lived his early years on the family farm in Oxford, NY. He moved to Florida in 2002 and became an apprentice HVAC technician. It became his career. Many of his co-workers and customers became friends because they valued who he was and his work ethic. He was always answering the calls of people in need of air conditioning repairs. Steve was a huge part of the support group for Codys baseball team in San Antonio. He attended practices and games even as he talked people through A/C repairs or set up appointments. He married the love of his life, Jeniffer Parton Carroll, on November 12, 2013. Together they have three beautiful children. Cody, Brooke, and Hunter who will keep his memory alive. He is also survived by his father, P. Thomas Carroll (Wendy), his mother, Rita Sutton Bush, his sister, Diane Carroll Rydzy and her family. He was also a valued part of the Parton family that he married into. Mother and father-in-law, Barry and Debbie Parton; sister in laws Eva (Richard) Stone, Jessica (Daniel) Sanchez and brother-in-law Bradley Parton. There will be a Celebration of Life on Saturday, August 28th at 1pm at the Dade Battlefield Historic State Park, 7200 Battlefield Parkway, Bushnell, FL 33513. Basinger Pavilion.
