Staci Ann Maddox (Narkievich), 54, of Dade City, Florida, passed away on April 29, 2026, after a courageous four-year battle with cancer.
Born in Rhode Island, Staci later made her home in Dade City, Florida, where she built a life centered around her family, love, and laughter. She had a way of making everyone feel welcome, and her humor, kindness, and genuine heart left a lasting impression on all who knew her. She was truly loved by everyone she met.
Staci was a devoted wife to Charles T. Maddox and a loving mother to her children: Charles Maddox Jr., Alicia Maddox, Meghan Maddox (Jeffery Dow), Dalton Maddox (Stevie Music), and Morgan Maddox (Hyatt Harris). She was a proud and adoring grandmother to her grandson, Jayden.
She is also survived by her parents, Henry and Shirley Narkievich; her brother and sister-in-law, Henry and Terina Narkievich; her best friend, Heidi Honea; her beloved dog, Pearl; and many other extended family members and friends who will miss her deeply.
She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Assunta Josephine Carlevale, Francis Carlevale, Anita Narkievich, and Henry Narkievich Sr.
Staci found joy in the simple things in life, especially her love for cows, chickens, traveling and she brought that same appreciation for life’s small moments into everything she did.
Throughout her four-year battle with cancer, Staci showed incredible strength and resilience. Even in difficult times, she remained funny, kind, and focused on the people she loved most.
In honor of Staci, donations may be made to Moffitt Cancer Center or Breast Cancer Research.
