Shirley A. Holtzhouse, 78, of Zephyrhills and formerly of Pigeon, MI passed away May 15, 2013 at Gulfside Regional Hospice. After graduation from Detroit Bible College, she was united in marriage to Edward P. Holtzhouse at Elim Baptist Church, Detroit on June 24, 1960. She enjoyed gardening, reading, bicycling, painting, crocheting, and dancing. She was especially devoted to her church work as an active member of New Hope Baptist Church. Survivors include her beloved husband of almost 53 years, Edward Holtzhouse; 2 daughters, Laura (Robert) Keys, Cynthia (Dave) Beach; 2 grandchildren; sister, Joyce Fritz and brother, John Lackie. A memorial service will be held 11 AM, Monday, May 20th at New Hope Baptist.
