Fletcher, Shirley A, 76, Zephyrhills passed away January 5, 2012. She was born May 31, 1935 the daughter of Mr.& Mrs. Gordon Record of Chester, Vermont. She lived in Germany, Hawaii, Virginia, Alabama and settled in Zephyrhills. She was employed by the Readex in Chester, VT, The Horse Shoe Restaurant in Bowling Green, VA and owned and operated Shirleys Kalico Kitchen in Chester, Vt. She was an active member of the Red Hat Society, Moose Club and treasurer of Record Little Education Travel Fund for 20 years. She enjoyed reading, knitting, and many crafts. Her greatest love was her family and grandchildren whom she spent the greatest deal of time with. She was a care giver for the elderly and gave of her time freely to others. She is preceded by her parents. Shirley is survived by her loving family including her husband, Roger married in 1955, daughter Kim M.(James) Chambers, Son Roger A. Fletcher, grandchildren; Aaron Veysey, Lukas Fletcher, Karly Chambers, Ryan (Chemeka) Chambers, Vance Chambers, Carlee Chambers, great- granddaughter Kadence Chambers, sister, Sylvia Fletcher, brothers, Bernard (Ann) Record and Robert Record and many nieces and nephews. A Memorial Service will be held Sunday, January 15, 2012 at Hodges Family Funeral Home in Zephyrhills at 2:00 PM.
