Shirley A. Bruschi-Copeland
With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Shirley A. Copeland (Bruschi), 92. She passed away peacefully at Gulfside Hospice, in Zephyrhills, FL. She was born in Pennsylvania to Donald and Cecelia Calhoun. She was proceeded in death by her husbands John Bruschi and James Copeland. She is survived by her brother, Jerry, son Tom, daughter Linda, grandchildren Shelly Moats, Justin Bruschi, Jennifer Bruschi, Mark Bruschi and John Bruschi. Six great children.
Shirley was a homemaker while raising her children. Later she worked for Girl Scouts of America and Ethan Allen Furniture in Tampa, Florida. She was a wonderful cook, seamstress and crafter and she excelled at dancing. She had a green thumb and could make anything grow.
Her care and arrangements have been entrusted to Hodges Family Funeral Home in Zephyrhills, FL. No service is planned at this time.
