Shirley May Cook passed suddenly from her earthly home on Wednesday, April 17, 2013. Shirley was born on September 21, 1953 in Ithaca, N.Y. and is survived by her loving husband of 22 years, William Cook of Zephyrhills, Florida, 2 daughters - Stacy Shirley who resides in Homer, N.Y., and Michelle Rigo from Zephyrhills, Florida. She is also survived by a son, Michael Backo, Jr. who resides in Illinois. Shirley has 2 stepsons, Kevin Cook and Christopher Cook, as well as 3 granddaughters, Krista Rigo, Jessica Shirley and Jordan Shirley.
