Obituary

Sheila Ann Elmore Lilov passed on to Heaven on May 10th, 2021, where she is now resting in the hands of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, whom she loved dearly. She was born November 21st, 1977 in Tampa, Florida to her parents, Sharon and Tom Elmore, with a brother named Thomas Elmore Jr. In her younger years, she was involved in various athletic activities that distinguished her physical abilities. She also had a favorite cat named Agatha, who she nicknamed "The Booboo." They were inseparable and did almost everything together. During her adolescent years, she discovered some of her lifelong interests, such as teaching and law. Even though she never became a teacher, there still rested in her a love for education, especially for youths such as her two sons, Michael and Alex. She graduated from East Bay High School and went to college at Florida Metropolitan University where she received a Bachelor's degree. There she met her future husband, Ivan Lilov. They got married and bore two sons (aforementioned). During this time, Sheila was working more in law, the area that she had an interest in during the early years of her life. She became a paralegal and worked in this career path for many years. This basic outline of her life does not capture her character within the time of these events. She was one of the most loving people that one could ever have been around and placed great care in making sure that people were happy. The type of parent that could be a friend to her children, she always treated them as an equal. She was a very humble person who put others before herself, and this was recognized by everyone that she met. Even more than all of these, she expressed a faith in Jesus Christ, and this faith grew in her during her life. Now, Jesus has taken her to her forever home, and she is happier than anyone could ever be here on Earth. Back here on Earth she was one of the most beautiful and precious angels, and she will be missed by her family and friends, but she will be loved forever.
