Sharon Lee Schalow passed away peacefully surrounded by family on January 17th, 2020 at the age of 75. Sharon was born on March 12th, 1944 in Muskegon, Michigan. She is survived by: her husband, Robert (Bob) and sons Kirt (Joy) Berwald and Kevin (Heather) Berwald; Grandchildren Jay (Brooke), Amy (Brian), 5 great grandchildren; 3 brothers Tom (Pat) Slamkowski, Mike (Pat) French, Dan French, and 2 sisters Beth (Rich)Berkheiser and Tami (Eddie) Davis. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother Jerry Slamkowski.

Sharon was the daughter of Walt and Lois Slamkowski. She had fond memories of growing up in a large, but close knit blended family with lots of love and laughter. Sharon accepted Jesus at the age of 15 years and will forever be remember as a mighty women of God whos face Jesus shined upon. Sharon was a wife, mom, grandma and great grandma, wherever Sharon was there was the presence of Jesus. The family has fond memories of spending time with Sharon playing board games, eating, laughing and worshiping the Lord together. Sharon retired from the State of Michigan and moved to Florida where she was an active member in the church and community. Volunteered with many different organizations and the hospital regularly. Sharon was a prayer warrior and a beautiful worshiper of the Lord. Funeral service will be held on Monday, January 20, 11 AM at the Zephryhills First Assembly of God Church, 36322 SR 54, Zephyrhills FL, 33541. Visitation will be 10-11am at the church before the service. In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial donations be made to Zephyrhills Fire Rescue Cadet Post 650 at 38410 6th Ave., Zephyrhills FL 33542 or the Zephryhills First Assembly of God Church.
