MILLER, Sharon Margaret "Auntie Cookie", 55, of Dade City, Fl, passed away on Tuesday, October 12, 2021 in Dade City, Fl, surrounded by her loving family praying the Divine Mercy chaplet. Sharon received Absolution, Extreme Unction and the Apostolic Blessing once again with the Prayers of Commendation.
Sharon was born on August 15, 1966, to parents, John Duffy Miller and Clara Ann Putnam Miller in Skokie, Illinois. This holy day is the day of "The Feast Of The Assumption", This holy day marks the occasion of the Virgin Mary's bodily ascent to heaven at the end of her life. Sharon is the youngest of three children. She attended, Our Lady of the Wayside grade school, Arlington Heights High School and graduated from Clarence High School, N.Y., she attended Michigan State University earning her B.A. in Communications and later attended Saint Leo University, where she proudly earned her M.B.A.
Although Sharon spent her early life in Arlington Heights, Illinois, and then Clarence, New York, she spent the last 20 years here in south Florida. She was a very devoted Catholic and attended Latin Mass at Epiphany of our Lord Catholic Church. Sharon was proud of her career, where she worked at the University of South Florida within their Financial Aid department. One of her biggest accomplishments was earning her M.B.A while working full time and helping students earn their degrees. Sharon enjoyed being a Floridian, where she spent her free time at the beautiful beaches, the pool, dancing, going to the movies, and even her occasional wild women weekends, but most of all, Sharon loved her furry pets, and being "Aunt Cookie" to her nephews.
Survived by her loving family, mother Clara Miller of Dade City, her sister Lisa and
brother-in-law David, her brother David and sister-in-law Anyela and their sons, John, Angel and Wilver. Sharon shared her life with many friends from all over the United States. Her love, support and laughter will be treasured and dearly missed.
