SMITH, Seth Marshall aka (Single Shot), 89, of Dade City, FL, entered into eternal rest on Monday, February 13th, 2023 at home surrounded by his loving family. Seth was born on March 22, 1933, in Tampa, FL, to parents Seth and Alice (Rossi) Smith. He attended school in Hernando County, and joined the Army where he served our Country as Military Police, after his discharge, he went to work for Pittsburgh Plate Glass (PPG), then he successfully started his own business in the logging industry, a lifelong hard, dedicated, and skilled worker. Seth also enjoyed his hobbies and was passionate about his fishing and hunting trips, his love for the water with scuba diving, and his adrenaline rush with driving racecars. Seth is survived by his loving wife, Janan (Zehetner) Smith, Children; Marcie (Steve) Bissell, Scott Smith, and Jerry (Denise) Smith, Six Grandchildren, and Six Great Grandchildren. A service will be held in his honor at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, FL, on March 22, 2023, at 10:30 am. The family wishes that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Gulfside Hospice.
