45, of New Port Richey passed away December 12, 2017 at Gulfside Hospice. He was born in Silver Spring, Maryland on July 6, 1972. Scott owned and operated Millervations LLC for many years. Survivors include his parents, Kent C. Miller and Kathleen Faith Miller; sister, Tina Miller McKenzie and husband, Lawson; niece, Mikayla; uncles, Ray Miller, Danny Miller, Mike Miller; aunts, Joy Miller and Kathy Miller; numerous cousins. A Celebration of Life will be conducted 7 PM Thursday, December 21, 2017 at First Baptist Church, 302 West Kennedy Blvd. Tampa, Florida 33606.
