BOWER, Russel B., age 75, of Zephyrhills, FL passed away on April 8, 2020. He was born on November 24, 1944 in St. Johns, MI to parents Russel Bower & Ardella (Pierce). Russel worked as a UAW Health and Safety Representative with General Motors for many years before retiring with his wife Linda J. Bower. He leaves behind many friends and loved ones and will be truly missed by all who knew him.
