Rudolph Clark Moats 85, of Lacoochee, FL passed away Tuesday, December 10th, 2019 in Dade City. He was born April 25, 1934 in Dade City to Velma & Lucile Clark Moats and served in the National Guard. He worked in the Gardening and Landscaping business and attended the First Baptist Church of Lacoochee.

Rudolph is survived by his wife of 55 years: Freda Moats; 3 children: Betty Joe, Lorie Moats Franklin, Rudolph Mark Moats; 1 brother: Anthony Moats; 2 sisters: Nancy & Linda Fay; 4 grandchildren: Kirk Clark Moats, Samantha Moats, Michael Dwayne Harris, Cheyenne Harris; 8 great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

A Service Celebrating his life will be held 4pm Tuesday, December 17th at the First Baptist Church of Lacoochee, the family will receive for viewing one hour prior to service time at the church.
