Roy Charles Tassinare, 92, died peacefully at American House in Zephyrhills, FL with his loving partner, Lois Schell at his side. Born in Kingston, MA, his family moved to Detroit, MI where he attended Southeastern High School, Wayne State University and graduated from the University of Michigan. He ran a successful Insurance Agency. He married Joyce Taylor and is the father of three sons. He was an enthusiastic golfer and proud member of the Detroit Golf Club. Roy moved to Naples, FL in the 1980's and to Dade City in 2000, where he lived in Lake Jovita until moving to the American House in 2016. At his request, there will be no services.
