Rosemary Helweg Krause, 77, of Dade City, Florida, passed away on September 24, 2024. Born on October 7, 1946, in Bridgeport, Connecticut, she was the beloved daughter of the late Mary Louise and Paul F. Helweg.

Rosemary grew up in Bridgeport and graduated from Huntington High School in 1964. She went on to attend Marjorie Webster College, graduating in 1967. In 1973, she married the love of her life, Richard W. Krause, with whom she shared over 50 years of marriage.

Throughout her life, Rosemary lived in many places, including Woodbridge, Connecticut; Atlanta, Georgia; Roanoke, Virginia; and Dade City, Florida. She found joy in needlepoint, reading, golf, travel, and the beach.

She is survived by her devoted husband, Richard William Krause of Dade City, Florida; her children, William Zachary Krause, and Heather Krause Powell of Aldie, Virginia; and her cherished grandson, Ethan Brody Powell of Aldie, Virginia. She also leaves behind her loving sisters, Elizabeth Helweg and Joanne Amarante. Rosemary was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Paul Helweg Jr.
