Rose Frank 92 of San Antonio, FL died Wednesday, Dec 16, 2015 at her residence. Rose was born in Johnstown, PA to Jacob & Rose (McLaughlin) Philage. She was homemaker and is survived by her sons Bill (Elaine) of San Antonio, FL, Barry (Lyn-sue) of Orlando, FL and Brad of Riverview, FL, 2 Grandchildren and 3 Great, Grandchildren.
