It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Rosanna Puleo Vasquez, who left us on September 30, 2026, at the age of 69. Born on June 11, 1957, in Tampa, Florida, she was the beloved daughter of the late Joseph and Sarah (Sally) Puleo. Rosanna lived a life filled with love, dedication, and a deep commitment to her family and friends. She spent many years as an Office Manager with Puleo's Concrete, Inc., where her warmth and work ethic endeared her to her colleagues.
Rosanna leaves behind her devoted husband, James Vasquez, and her cherished children, Angela Haas and Joshua Vasquez. She will be forever remembered by her beloved grandchildren: Mikala, James, Josh Jr., Ava, Logan, Aubrey, Liam, Addison, and Lincoln. A sister to her late brother James Puleo Sr., Rosanna is also survived by her brother, Joe (Steve Facella) Puleo; sister-in-law, Rita Puleo; nephew, James (Janet) Puleo Jr.; great grandnieces, Brianna and Bella Puleo; aunt, Annie (Nica) Tuzzolino; and a wide circle of friends and cousins who will hold her memory dear to their hearts.
The family will gather to honor Rosanna's life with a Funeral Service on October 30, 2026, at Hodges Family Funeral Home in Dade City at 1:00 PM. Prior to the service, a Visitation will take place at the same location, beginning at 12:00 PM, allowing friends and family to share in remembrance and celebration of her spirit. Following the service, Rosanna will be laid to rest at Chapel Hill Garden.
As we reflect on the treasured memories shared, we invite those who knew her to join us in commemorating a remarkable woman whose legacy will live on in the hearts of all who loved her.
