We are very sad to announce the passing of Ronda Scharber of Lacoochee, Florida. She passed away on September 13, 2022, at the age of 56 in the care of Hospice and surrounded by her loved ones. She lost her short battle with cancer.

Ronda was born in Dade City, Florida on March 25, 1966. She was a very adventurous and spontaneous person. She spent a great portion of her life living in the Florida Keys, lived a few years in Mississippi, and then spent the last few years living close to family in Ridge Manor, Florida. She had a very creative mind and was an eclectic artist. She spent most of her spare time traveling the world and going on cruises. Rondas favorite place of all was the island of Roatan, Honduras. She is proceeded in death by her dad, Kenneth Polk; her mom, Barbara Polk; her sister, Susie Polk; and lots of extended family. She is survived by her lifelong friend, Jim English; her brother, Vern Polk; her brother, Eric Polk (wife Amy); her brother, Kelby Polk; 9 nieces and nephews, 8 great nieces and nephews, and lots of extended family and friends.

Her celebration of life will be a private event with only close family members.
