Ronald S. Smith, 65, passed away peacefully at his Zephyrhills, FL home on November 13, 2017. Ronald was born January 2, 1952, in Fair Haven, New York to Stanley and Arlene (LaDue) Smith.He was predeceased by his beloved wife Nancy L. Smith. Survivors include his father Stanley L. Smith of Fair Haven NY; mother-in-law Mary Philipsen of Zephyrhills, FL; son Travis R. Smith; daughter Shannon A. Smith; brother Peter Smith; sister Kathy Parsons, of Fair Haven, NY. Ronald was proud to spent 30 years serving his community as a volunteer firefighter; he currently worked for Manheim Automobile Auction in St. Petersburg, FL. He was a beloved father who was loved and respected by many. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Gulfside Hospice.
